Stillbirth is the least-talked about pregnancy complication, but affects over 70 American families every day. Fetal movement is one of the best indicators of a babyʼs health before birth. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends kick counting as a simple, safe and effective way to monitor fetal movement. Unfortunately, not all pregnant women are aware of the importance of movement patterns and the risks associated with decreased movement. As a practicing OB/GYN and founder of the BabyKick Foundation, Dr. Diep Nguyen is focused on increasing awareness.
babykick is dedicated to helping women achieve healthy pregnancies. We strive to prevent stillbirth through awareness, education, and advocacy of kick count.
